Quick answer
We install and connect dishwashers, electric ranges, dryers, washing machines, over-the-range microwaves, garbage disposals and refrigerator water lines in Philadelphia and nearby suburbs. Typical labor is $100 to $300 per appliance. Gas connections and new gas, water or electrical lines go to a qualified licensed trade where local rules require it, and we tell you before the visit.

These are market benchmarks. The final price depends on access, existing connections and parts. We give a price before work starts.
Before the installation day
- Measure. Cutout width, depth, height, and the path through doors and stairs.
- Check the connections. Outlet type, gas valve, water shutoff, drain and dryer vent must be near the appliance.
- Buy the parts. New dishwashers often need a new water line, drain hose or power cord. Many appliances do not include the cord, hoses or a vent kit.
- Clear the area. Empty the cabinet under the sink and move items near the work area.
- Tell us the model. We check the installation guide ahead of time.
What we do not do
- New gas lines, shutoff valves or gas piping changes.
- New circuits or panel work, and 240 volt outlets that do not exist yet.
- Moving walls, countertops or cabinets.
A licensed plumber, gas fitter or electrician is needed for these in most municipalities. We tell you at the first call if your job needs one, so there are no surprises on the day. Never connect a gas appliance yourself. If you smell gas at any time, leave the home and call the gas company or 911.
Old appliance haul away
We can take away the old appliance when it is practical. Tell us when you book. Some utilities and retailers also offer pickup when you buy a new one, so it can be cheaper to use theirs.
Installing an appliance you bought elsewhere
We install appliances bought at any store, online or secondhand. If the appliance arrives damaged or is the wrong size, the store handles the return. We do not install an appliance that fails a safety check, such as a gas range with a leak or a dryer with a blocked vent that cannot be cleared.
